Why Bike Shorts Are Black

>> Thursday, February 15, 2007

I think these images say it all. According to the guy second from the right, it’s about 1 o'clock (if you know what I mean). I can hear the advertisements for red bike shorts now: “No need to wear a watch - just look down to your built-in sundial!”

Hey maybe IMooo will come in red shorts this year. Show who is really an IronMan.

Lance Notstrong 10:00 AM, February 16, 2007

That's funny!!! I feel their pain though. I have a pair of white bike shorts. I wore them to a rally once and of course it started raining. Can you say "x-rated Lance"?

If they were a band, they'd be The Johnson 5.

Ha! Thanks, I'll be here all night. Don't forget to tip your waitresses.

I've got some picture of Lance that look like that! BTW Lance, your Liquigas shorts "show" too...

Oh yeah Allez? Well, what time was it the last time I wore them? :-)

From the "too much information" department...
I have a pair of black tri shorts, which normally would be fine. But have you ever been out for a really long run on a hot day (like fa marathon) and your shorts literally become salty? Let's just say the salt patterns can be a little revealing.

Even worse: going through my pictures in Photoshop and airbrushing certain things. It makes me feel dirty.

AND the upside down phallic thing they have going on too!!!

Ah, maybe it's just me who saw that... tee hee, but not anymore! ;)

My eyes are burning!

I once rode my bike in a duathlon behind a guy wearing a light gray/blue one peice. He had highly reavealing ass crack sweat and it was NOT pretty. I just about killed myself trying to pass him so I didn't have to look at it anymore.

so sad i clicked this link. that is way too much man junk for the office.

Before you decide to jump on your bicycle and ride off into the sun. You must make sure that you have the appropriate riding gear on. Wearing a bulky or flimsy jacket is not only uncomfortable, but creates wind resistance during your riding.
