Here are 2 recent posts from Pharmie since she got home from her cardiac ablation last week:

I was still scraping sticky goo off her last night.
(THAT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DIRTY! GET YOUR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER!)

She's since went on a second easy run last night, and felt great!
